We are growers and processors of finest quality peanuts in India. Our ideology of supplying only the best quality peanuts presents us as a committed and trustworthy partner of the peanut trade industry. We take pride in our state-of-the-art ISO:22000:2005 certified processing plant where all of our products are cleaned, shelled, sorted, graded, and packed without ever being exposed to any kind of human touch. We are the first in the country to implement in-house aflatoxin testing on a continuous basis from raw material to finished product. The plant has peanuts processing capacity in excess of 120 metric tones per day.

The Processing Unit

Our state-of-the-art ISO:22000:2005 certified processing plant where peanuts are cleaned, shelled, sorted, graded, and packed without ever being exposed to any kind of human touch.

This unit is first and biggest of its kind in India, with peanut processing capacity in excess of 120 metric tonnes per day. It is equipped with latest sorting, grading and cleaning machines from Germany, U.K. and Switzerland. The peanuts remains free from human touch while it passes through more than 11 different processes. We call this our 11+ Process.

Peanuts

India is the second largest producer of peanuts in the world. Annual production of peanuts in India exceed 6 million metric tonnes. The two major varieties of peanuts produced in India are Bold (Virginia) and Java (Spanish) types. Our annual processing capacity of peanuts exceeds 45,000 M.T.

The winter (kharif ) crop of peanuts is rain-fed crop whereas the summer (rabi) crop is irrigated. 70% of the winter crop is the bold variety and 85% of the summer crop is Java variety The Bold variety peanuts are typically reddish pink skinned with elongated shape. The Java variety peanuts are pink skinned with round spheroid shape.

Quality

We recognize the significance of the quality assurance that we guarantee to all our customers. Our procurement experts select regions of farm from which the peanuts are procured according to the type/variety of ground nut, type of soil and amount of average rainfall. This is very important for getting aflatoxin free peanuts. Selected farm produce are even procured in bulk from various APMC (Agriculture Produce Marketing Committee) by experts.
